Sacramental Prep for Children

 

 

 

 

 

 

Purpose/Mission: To prepare children age 9 and older for the sacraments of Baptism and First Communion. Although these children are enrolled in regular Sunday School or religious education, they need additional instruction since most of their peers have already received these sacraments.

 

Activities: Individual and group instruction of children

 

Volunteer Opportunities: Catechist

 

Time: Saturdays, 11AM-12:30PM, January to June

 

Avg. Time Commitment: 1.5 hrs/week

 

Membership Open To: All adult parishioners

 

Training/Orientation: Yes
